Mother Nature is providing lots of rain in the Quinte region.
At least an inch of rain has dropped in the last 36 hours in our region.
Staff Meteorologist Kevin Williams says the amount of rainfall differs depending on where you are.

“Amounts ranging from 23mm up in Read, to double that – 46mm so far in Cherry Valley, and we’re not out of the wet woods yet.”
Williams says another 10-15 millimetres are in the forecast for Friday with the region still under a special weather statement from Environment Canada.
