No one was injured in a fire that destroyed a house in Deseronto early Thursday.
Fire Chief Duncan McIlvany says Deseronto fire fighters were called to 354 Thomas Street, between Centre and Prince Streets around 5 a.m. where they arrived to find a fully involved structure fire.
Fire crews were able to bring the blaze under control and prevent it from spreading to neighbouring homes.
The home, which is a total loss, was unoccupied.
There is no cause at this time.
