Charges have been laid in a multi-vehicle fatal crash near Napanee this past September.
Around 10 p.m. on September 18 2024, emergency crews responded to the westbound lanes of Highway 401 between the Palace Road exit and the Switzerville Road overpass, in Lennox and Addington County.
Two tractor-trailers and three passenger vehicles were involved in a serious crash.
One person died, while others were sent to hospital for treatment.
Last Thursday, L&A OPP charged 25-year-old Gursewak Singh with
- Dangerous operation causing death
- Dangerous operation causing bodily harm – two counts
Singh has a court date in Napanee June 3, 2025.
