Two students from Hastings Prince Edward District School Board were on the podium at Skills Ontario 2025.
Kiersten Lewis won a silver medal for welding and Remington Moore took a bronze medal for welding at the Skills Ontario Competition 2025 held May 5 and 6 in Toronto.
Both students attend Bayside Secondary School and teacher Mike Burns was their advisor for the competition.
In all, 28 students represented HPEDSB at this year’s competition.
