A 44-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly firing a BB gun at several youth in Colborne.
Northumberland OPP say it happened Sunday evening in the vicinity of a park on Rotary Centennial Drive.
No one was injured.
Police responded around 6:30 p.m. and spoke to the complainants.
They began an investigation and arrested an individual matching the description provided.
The 44-year-old Colborne man is charged with three counts of assault with a weapon, possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose and using an imitation firearm while committing an offence.
The accused was held for a bail hearing Monday.
OPP say there is no threat to public safety and that this investigation is ongoing.
