Quinte West City Council approved executing a formal License Agreement with the Department of National Defence for the use of Station 4, Station 5, and Station 6 to conduct training and meetings.
The training and meetings will be conducted on a 24-hour call-up between June 12 and June 24, 2025, with the exception of Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
Notice will be provided to the Fire Chief via telephone 24 hours prior to use.
All fire trucks will remain in Station 4, Station 5 and Station 6 during any training sessions conducted by the Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces to allow for seamless attendance for fire calls if required.
All three fire stations are in Quinte West with Station 4 located at 794 Vermilyea Road, Station 5 located at 57 Plant Street, and Station 6 located at 1074 County Road 5.
