Quinte West City Council approved entering into agreements regarding the 2025 Quinte West Pop-ups at its meeting on Wednesday.
City staff have confirmed participation from six seasonal food vendors and 10 unique vendors (one-of-a-kind artisans, crafters and consumables) that will rotate throughout the summer at two-week intervals.
The following vendors have come to an agreement with the city.

- Barbacoa Boyz
- K-Food Express
- Momo-Mentum
- Street Thai Food
- The Forge Wood-Fired Pizza
Vendor fees are $800 plus HST for the full season and $200 plus HST for two weeks.
The Pop-ups program in Centennial Park will take place from May 30 through to August 31, 2025.
