One youth has been charged while another received a warning after a railway building was broken into and vandalized in the Napanee area.
Just before 6 p.m. Tuesday, Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) Railway Police contacted Lennox and Addington OPP reporting that two people were attempting to break in to a building beside the railway tracks on Pine Grove Road.
Officers arrived on scene and located two youths who fled on foot.
Investigation revealed damage inside the building.
The identities of two youths were discovered and the investigation was taken over by CPKC Police, resulting in one youth being charged and one youth being warned.
