The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has made its fourth quarter payment of $760,028 to Belleville for hosting Shorelines Casino.
Through the fiscal year ending in March, OLG has contributed $3,252,501 to the municipality.
“Shorelines Casino Belleville strengthens our community through sharing gaming revenue that supports local priorities and programs,” said Bay of Quinte MPP Tyler Allsopp. “In addition to job creation and community support, the Municipality Contribution Agreement with OLG delivers substantial benefits to Belleville.”
The city has received a total of $22,323,585 since the casino opened in January of 2017.
