The nice weather took two people’s private activity outdoors late Thursday afternoon.
Around 6:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to South John Street, for the report of a man and woman engaging in sexual intercourse in public, while several people stood around and watched.
While the group was attempting to evade police, officers learned the man involved was not to be around the woman.
He was arrested and charged with break of probation.
The 28-year-old was held for a bail hearing.
