The City of Belleville has sent six members of their operations staff to Peterborough to help clean up in the wake of last weekend’s ice storm.
A six-man forestry crew, bucket truck, chipper and chipper truck headed for Peterborough early Friday morning and will work with Peterborough and HydroOne staff on storm relief efforts.
Peterborough is still experiencing widespread power outages throughout the city and the surrounding area.
