A 62-year-old Peterborough man is facing 15 charges of fraud in connection with a series of incidents late last year.
On Monday, March 10, 2025, officers arrested the suspect at his residence.
Through investigation, officers learned that between November 7 and December 22, 2024 the suspect would attend the business and in each case, merchandise was not properly scanned at a self-checkout.
In total, the store was out just over $8,000 in product.
As a result, a 62-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Fraud under $5,000 x 15
The accused was held in custody and appeared in court on Monday, March 10, 2025.
