OPP officers across East Region have seen a slight increase in the number of impaired drivers so far this year.
Three hundred twenty-seven drivers have been arrested and charged as of March 12, compared to 319 at this time in 2024.

OPP officers across eastern Ontario are on the roads day and night looking for those who engage in dangerous driving habits such as impaired driving.
