Construction is on the rise in Quinte West
The February building stats for the community have been released, and show a slight uptick in constructon in the community.
A total of 33 permits, with a combined value of $3,745,000 were issued during the month. During February 2024, only 28 permits with a value of $2,001,000 were issued.
While more permits were issued, only six new residential units were approved. Five of the units are single-family homes, with the last being an apartment.
