The Belleville Police Service has launched a new online reporting system to allow residents to report minor crimes without needing to visit the police station.
The new system is designed to streamline the process of reporting crimes for victims, and allows people to report thefts under $5000, vandalism, or vehicle break-ins.
Police are asking victims who already suspect they know who committed a crime to still speak to an officer.
