Lennox and Addington County OPP have charged one person with impaired driving and dangerous driving following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 49.
On Tuesday, March 4, shortly before 2 a.m., L&A County OPP members attended the scene of a vehicle in the ditch, just south of Highway 401 in Tyendinaga Township.
Taylor McDonnell, a 30-year-old from Gananoque was charged with:

Dangerous operation
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on March 25. Their driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and vehicle was impounded.
