Three Quinte West events have received awards from Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO).
They were named to the FEO’s Top 100 Festivals and Events for 2025.
The award winners include Hops on the Water Craft Beer Festival, Quinte West Pop-ups, and Quinte West Presents…The Great Summer Carnival.
Hops on the Water Craft Beer Festival is now a three-time winner of the award.
The FEO Top 100 Awards program recognizes festivals and events for their excellence in creativity, community engagement, and overall event experience.
Quinte West provided descriptions for each event:
Hops on the Water Craft Beer Festival – A favourite for bringing together a diverse selection of local craft breweries, beverage makers, and food vendors from the Bay of Quinte region. Quinte West’s Hops on the Water Craft Beer Festival is an all-ages, one-day, family-friendly festival that also features live music and entertainment, roaming buskers, interactive games, activities and picture-perfect moments to kick-off the fall season. Hops on the Water is now a three-time Top 100 award-winning event.
Quinte West Pop-ups – The city’s popular 14-week Pop-ups in Centennial Park program welcomes local small business operators, one-of-a-kind crafters, and unique food truck operators to showcase their offerings in the city’s flagship park, home to one of the busiest walking paths and plenty of busy festivals and events this summer. Quinte West Pop-ups create a lively atmosphere welcoming residents and visitors to shop, dine, and explore one of the city’s most picturesque locations.
Quinte West Presents…The Great Summer Carnival – Launched in 2024, Quinte West Presents… is the city’s newest annual event at the Bob Wannamaker Amphitheatre in Centennial Park. Designed to feature a new and different theme each year, The Great Summer Carnival transformed the park into a free, family fun-filled carnival experience in its first year. Having Quinte West Presents…acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Festivals and Events in the province after its first year showcases the city’s commitment to delivering memorable community experiences for residents and visitors.
