A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Bancroft.
Bancroft OPP say the collision occurred just after 5 p.m. on Friday on Madawaska Street.
The victim is a 71-year-old female.
Police continue to investigate.
OPP want to remind both pedestrians and motorists to stay vigilant while walking or driving in high traffic areas saying it is especially important
during times of reduced visibility such as inclement weather or sunset and sunrise.
