Construction activity in Prince Edward County during the first month of 2025 was on par with the beginning of 2025.
The county’s building department reports there were 27 permits with a construction value of $4.15 million issued in January.
In January 2024, there were 21 permits worth $4.2 million.
Permits were taken out for three new single family dwellings last month.
