Prince Edward County OPP have laid charges following a traffic stop.
At around 3:45 p.m. on January 31, officers conducted the traffic stop on County Road 49.
As a result of an investigation, 34-year-old Travis Graham of Belleville was charged with the following:
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand
- Speeding
- Possession of unmarked cigarettes
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on February 19, 2025.
He also had his driver’s licence suspended for a period of 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days.
