Cannabis processor MediPharm Labs will not be selling its Napanee facility after all.
MediPharm had had an agreement with Kensana Health to sell its 29,000 square foot operation for $5.5 million cash.
However, Kensana Health did not meet certain agreed-upon terms and conditions within the timelines set.
Current operations in Napanee will continue as usual.
MediPharm Labs specializes in the development and manufacture of purified, pharmaceutical-quality cannabis products.
