An upcoming mixed martial arts show has been declared a Municipally Significant Event.
Belleville City Council approved the declaration for BTC Fight Promotions at its council meeting on Monday.
The declaration assists BTC in their efforts to apply for a Special Occasion Permit from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
BTC will be holding its BTC XXVII: Bellevegas event at the Belleville Armouries on March 15.
