On Saturday, February 1, 2025 at approximately 10:35 a.m., members from East Division responded to reports of a serious collision on the snowmobile trails near 4145 Boundary Rd. A 37-year-old-female was operating a snowmobile on the trail when she lost control and struck a tree. The female was air lifted to a Toronto area trauma centre for treatment of serious injuries.
Members of the Durham Regional Police Service Collision Investigation Unit attended the scene to conduct an investigation.
