A single vehicle rollover in Tyendinaga Township Monday night has resulted in impaired-related charges against the driver.
Lennox and Addington OPP responded to the single vehicle collision on Belleville Road just before 8:30 p.m.
As part of the investigation, an Approved Screening Device was administered, and the driver was subsequently arrested and transported to detachment for further testing, leading the the arrest of a 23-year-old South Frontenac Township man.
Connor Gouthro is charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Dangerous operation
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee at a later date.
