A Belleville man has been charged after the report of an out-of-control suspect in a home.
City police responded Sunday evening around 9:00 p.m. after a woman called 911 about a man who was not to be around her.
The victim got outside with the suspect out of control inside her residence.
He was on conditions not to be near her.
The man was flagged by police for violence and the use of weapons.
The Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit made it inside, finding the suspect had overdosed.
He was treated at Belleville General Hospital.
The 39-year-old is charged with breach of probation and a release order and held for a bail hearing Monday.
