The Trenton Golden Hawks and Wellington Dukes were Sunday winners in the OJHL.
In Markham, the G-Hawks scored five times in a span of 4:51 of the first period and strolled to a 7-0 rout of the Royals.
David Fournier (15) and Dalton Kane (7) scored twice while Ryan Sanborn turned away all 18 shots he faced.
Devin Mauro (10th), Candon O’Neill (4th) and Corbin Roach (9th) rounded out the scoring for the Golden Hawks.
Trenton has won seven straight to open a three-point lead atop the Eastern Conference.
They host King City on Friday night.
Dukes 4 Tigers 2
In Wellington, the Dukes wrapped up a perfect three-game weekend with a 4-2 win over the Aurora Tigers.
Riley Noble scored the winner midway in the third period before Cory Jewitt (10th) salted the win with an empty net goal.
Quinn McNamara (2nd) and Ronen MacFarland (1st) rounded out Wellington’s offence.
Dukes have won four in a row.
They travel to Haliburton Thursday night then host Buffalo on Friday.

In Junior C hockey Owen Bayder and Carter McKee scored twice to lead the Amherstview Jets over the Napanee Raiders 8-4. Ben White notched a pair for Napanee.
And the Lakefield Chiefs downed the Trent Hills Thunder 7-4.
