The Greater Napanee Fire Department is launching PulsePoint Respond.
It is a 911-integrated mobile app that alerts CPR-trained citizens to cardiac arrest victims nearby and informs the community of emergency activity in real time.
The app is free to download for both Apple and Android devices.
