A Peterborough man has been held for a future court date following a domestic violence investigation in north Cobourg.
On Sunday morning, police were called to a home, where they discovered a man damaging a vehicle.
Further investigation determined the man committed numerous offenses against his partner.
He has been charged with the following:
Two counts of Mischief Under $5,000 – Domestic
Intimidation – Use or Threatens Use of Violence
Uttering Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm
Forcible Confinement
Mischief under $5,000
The male was held for a show cause hearing and remanded into custody awaiting a future court date.
