A Belleville resident is celebrating a $100,000 win through OLG’s INSTANT CROSSWORD EXTREME.
Jantinus Van Eck, a father of five, says its his biggest win to date.
““It wasn’t until I scanned my ticket that I realized I had won big,” Van Eck told OLG while picking up his winnings.
“I thought I had maybe won $100. When I found out it was $100,000, I was shocked.”
Van Eck shared the moment with family after realizing he had won.
“I first shared the news with my daughter. She was so surprised and happy for me,” Jantinus said.
“Winning has been wonderful. It’s the most amazing feeling.”
Van Eck plans to pay some bills and add to his savings with the winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at SK Convenience on Sidney Street in Belleville.
