Gleaners Food Bank held their food drive over the weekend.
Hundreds of volunteers canvassed the City of Belleville, collecting food that residents left on their steps or in their driveways.
Warehouse Manager Keith Poulin says after everything was counted, they received over $3,700 in donations and collected just under 13,000 pounds of food.
Poulin says they filled five skids with food that will go to help those in the region who are facing food insecurity.
