A Kingston man has been charged after someone was allegedly exposing themselves at a playground in Belleville.
Police were called to Octavia Street Monday evening where it was reported an adult male was walking around wearing nothing but a shirt exposing himself to children at the playground.
Witnesses asked the man to stop but he continued.
Police located the man, who by this time was wearing a pair of underwear, nearby.
The 43-year-old man was arrested and charged with exposing himself to children under the age of sixteen years for a sexual purpose.
He was held for a bail hearing.
