The Trenton Golden Hawks demolished the North York Rangers 10-2 on Friday night.
Jaxon Pierce, David Fournier, Taeo Artichuk, Dalton Kane, Kyloe Ellis, Devin Mauro, Corbin Roach, Joey Brehmer, and Matthew Souliere scored for the Golden Hawks.
The Golden Hawks opened scoring early in the first, but the Rangers came back to tie the game, taking a 1-1 score into the second. During the second, the Golden Hawks surged, taking four goals and only allowing the Rangers their second and final of the night. During the third period, the Golden Hawks grabbed five more goals, extending their lead and eventually taking the win.
The Golden Hawks are back in action on Tuesday, against the Burlington Cougars.
