Belleville Transit riders are advised that the payment feature on the BTAP app remains unavailable.
The City reports service providers are working to resolve a payment system failure.
It is expected to take up to the end of October to correct.
Riders who require a monthly pass for October or any single-use tickets are asked to purchase them at one of the following retailers: City Hall, Shoppers Drug Mart, Giant Tiger, Friends Variety, or pass vending machines until the issue is resolved. The city will provide an update as soon as the system is back up and running.
