Mischief
On September 23, 2024 at 8:18 a.m., Belleville police responded to a residence in the city’s east end for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police spoke to the female involved and learned that her male partner had become angry during the dispute and began to punch numerous holes in the walls of the residence. He had departed the residence prior to police arrival. Police searched the area, located the male and arrested him without incident. A 25-year-old Belleville man has been charged with one count of mischief. He was released on an undertaking. The name of the accused will not be released in order to protect the identity of the female involved.
