Thirty-one-year-old Matthew Mutter is described as a Caucasian male, 6’1″, 170lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He also has several tattoos:

Right arm – “tough times don’t last, tough people do”
Right hand – sad clown face
Right wrist – “RTOWN”
Right hand – “613”
Left arm – “FTP”
Left hand – “happy clown face”
Mutter is serving a three-year, six-month sentence for:
Robbery
Assault Cause Bodily Harm
Break Enter & Commit
Forcible Confinement
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Fail to Attend Court at Large
Public Mischief – Make False Statement
The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Pembroke, Brockville, North Grenville Township and South Frontenac Township, Ontario.
