Mutter is serving a three-year, six-month sentence for:
Robbery
Assault Cause Bodily Harm
Break Enter & Commit
Forcible Confinement
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Fail to Attend Court at Large
Public Mischief – Make False Statement
The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Pembroke, Brockville, North Grenville Township and South Frontenac Township, Ontario.
