Belleville and Quinte West will be holding Giveaway Days on October 19 and October 20, 2024.
On those days, residents will be able to place unwanted items in good condition curbside for others to take.
Appropriate items to give away include the following:
- DVDs
- Books
- Furniture
- Small appliances
- Kitchen items
- Construction materials
It’s advised NOT to give away cribs, car seats, strollers, bath seats and playpens to avoid unsafe use.
Residents can place their items curbside by 8 a.m. and return any items left back to their home by 8 p.m.
