Arrested on Warrant
On September 18, 2024 at 10:26 a.m., a Community Response Officer was on patrol in the area of Church St and Campbell St when they observed a male known to them who was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. Police arrested 42-year-old Michael Juby of no fixed address on the strength of the warrant. The warrant had been issued for committing an indecent act while in a public place in February 2024. Juby was released on an undertaking with a court date in October.
