Prince Edward County’s planning committee has deferred a decision on zoning changes for a planned subdivision at Cold Creek during Wednesday’s meeting.
The plans called for a mixture of residential development types, adding up to 904 units in total. The site covers 35 hectares with frontage along Sandy Hook Road and Upper Lake Street.
After a presentation by developers and brief public comments, the decision was made to defer the decision on the zoning amendment, due to not having quorum.
