One person has been charged in connection with an assault earlier this year at Warkworth Institution.
Two people were injured during the incident on the evening of June 10.
ORNGE Air transported one person to a local hospital and another individual to a Toronto Hospital.
Injuries to both persons were described as serious.
Northumberland OPP arrested one person at the institution on September 12.
