Northumberland OPP are asking for the public’s help in multiple theft investigations in Brighton.
Police say they received a number of complaints regarding a suspicious person trying to gain access to vehicles between Ontario Street and Centre Street on Sunday.
Officers confirmed a theft when they arrived, and another incident was reported later in the day, where items were stolen from another vehicle in the same area.
Among the items was what police say was “a method of payment used to complete a transaction at a local convenience store” that same day.
Images are being released to the public to help OPP identify the individuals sought in connection with the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
