Prince Edward County OPP say a collision in Prince Edward County has led to impaired driving charges.
Police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Salem Road around 5 p.m. on Sunday.
One of the drivers was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, the other driver was arrested and taken to detachment for further testing.
Thirty-one-year-old Nicholas Blaind of Consecon was charged with the following:
- Operation while impaired
- Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
The driver was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton on September 25.
