UPDATE: The ROPE Squad says the federal offender has been apprehended in Mallorytown, Ontario.
A 24-year-old man wanted by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is known to frequent Napanee among other areas of eastern Ontario.
Nolan Pichette is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his statutory release.
Pichette is described as an Indigenous male, 5’9″, 185lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is serving a 3-year, 7-month sentence for:
Discharge a Firearm into or at a Place in a Reckless Manner
Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
Fail to Comply with Undertaking
The offender is also known to frequent Ottawa, North Frontenac Township and Cornwall.
