Belleville police made an arrest following a report of a man trespassing a business.
Police were called to the business on North Front Street just before 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday regarding a male on the property who had previously trespassed. When officers arrived, they instructed the man to leave but the male refused.
As a result, police arrested the 23-year-old Belleville man under the Trespass to Property Act.
The man was taken away from the business and was issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
