The Wellington Dukes of the Ontario Junior Hockey League have named 19-year-old forward Cory Jewitt as their captain for the 2024-2025 season.
Jewitt enters his second season with Wellington. He led the Dukes in scoring with 30 goals and 37 assists last season.
Wellington continues to prepare for the new season in Niagara Falls where they’ll play in the Canucks Junior Classic this weekend.
The Dukes open the OJHL campaign on Sunday September 8 in Pickering.
