A Peterborough resident is facing charges following an alleged assault in Northumberland County.
Northumberland OPP responded to an altercation in progress at a Hamilton Township address late Tuesday morning.
The accused and resident were in a dispute over work that had been carried out by the accused.
The victim did not require medical attention.
Rahmish Attaie, age 36, has been charged with:
- Assault
- Unlawfully in dwelling house
The accused is due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg at a future date.
