A man wanted on an outstanding warrant from Peterborough Police Service was arrested Thursday evening in Belleville.
Just after 8 p.m., Belleville police received a call regarding a male on Moira Street East who was walking in circles in the middle of an intersection and was nearly struck by several vehicles.
Police spoke to the 47-year-old male and through investigation, learned he was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant in Peterborough.
The male was arrested without incident and returned to Peterborough Police Service for processing.
