Belleville Police arrested a 68-year-old Stirling man after receiving multiple calls about a man naked from the waist down wandering up to parked cars at a city park early Friday.
Shortly before 2 a.m., a female motorist parked near the soccer fields at Zwick’s Park called police after the man was observed attempting to open vehicle doors and talking to people while not wearing pants.
A second caller reported the male had approached her vehicle and exposed himself.
Police arrived and arrested the male without further incident.
Gary Wilson is charged with committing an indecent act.
