A 31-year-old from Havelock is facing impaired driving charges in connection with a two-vehicle collision in Northumberland County Tuesday night.
OPP, Fire and Paramedics responded to a collision on County Road 45 in Hamilton Township just before 9 p.m.
The involved parties were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Police determined one of the drivers to be under the influence of alcohol charging Stephanie Larocque with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg at a future date.
The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
