The City of Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee approved a recommendation to city council that would allow Phase 3 of the Settlers Ridge subdivision plan to move forward.
It calls for the property to be rezoned to allow for 109 dwelling units including 50 single-detached dwellings, 59 townhouse dwellings, and a parkette.
The recommendation includes a corresponding Draft Plan of the subdivision. The plan includes extending Raycroft Drive east to Roy Boulevard and adding a multi-purpose trail along the extension.
City council will vote on the recommendation at a future meeting.
