A local triathlete had a great showing at the K-Town Triathlon in Kingston on Sunday.
Stirling’s Angela Lilly completed the Long Course event (2K swim, 55K bike, 15K run) in 3:28:23, finishing 24th overall, third among women and first overall in her age group (45-49).
The Kingston triathlon is the oldest in Ontario, having been founded in 1984.
